dtms was founded in 1998 and has since strengthened its position as a leading provider of solutions for customer contact centers. dtms offers international service call numbers as well as telephony VAS (value-added services). It offers its own cloud-based applications for telephones, web, social media, chat and e-mail. It covers multiple channels for contact centers and provides payment solutions for customer services and digital content via telephone bills. dtms is headquarted in Mainz, Germany and currently employs around 60 people.
