Paragon portfolio company Condecta acquires Bono Platten
Condecta AG, a portfolio company of Paragon, has signed a purchase agreement for the assets of Bono Platten GmbH in Hemmental, Canton Schaffhausen in July 2018. Condecta thereby expands further into the event segment and brings in new complementary products for its customers.
This acquisition, with the accompanied capacity expansion in soil protection systems, allows Condecta to serve all sizes of construction sites and events quickly and easily at any time. With the purchase, Condecta takes over the 37,000 hexagon composite panels, the manufacturing tools for existing and additional plate models, the website, the current leases as well as the customer base of the Bono Platten GmbH. This acquisition strengthens Condecta’s market position and further expands its access in the construction and event services sectors.
