Paragon invests in PAVIS

Paragon, the Munich based private equity firm, acquired the operating business of PAVIS e.G. including all assets and employees. The Company, now operating under the name of PAVIS GmbH, is headquartered in Starnberg, Germany and has 35 employees.

Founded in 1980, PAVIS is a leading global provider of value-add Intellectual Property (IP) Management services. Initially established as a cooperative of patent lawyers, PAVIS today serves a broad base of corporate customers and IP law firms. Providing its customers a broad range of value-add services at the highest quality standards, PAVIS is the ideal partner for IP lawyers, small and medium-sized companies as well as large corporations.

Longstanding CEO, Gudrun Skupch, will continue to head PAVIS. Paragon will invest significantly into the continued expansion of the business and will further strengthen the organisation.
