Paragon acquires industrial services division Condecta from Arbonia

Condecta’s product and service portfolio includes modular space solutions, construction equipment (including water protection systems) and event services. The modular space segment offers individually tailored building solutions for offices, schools, and kindergartens in form of modular container systems, mobile sanitary containers and construction containers of all kind. The construction segment is known for its own quick-assembly and top-slewing cranes, builder’s hoists, construction machinery and equipment as well as water protection systems (GSA).

The Company’s event services segment equips more than 1,000 events annually with mobile toilets, shower container, office containers, floor protection and protective fencing systems.
