Jan-Ole Gerschefski

Jan-Ole joined Paragon in 2023. Before joining Paragon, he worked for US Private Equity firm Warburg Pincus in London and Berlin, supporting buyout and growth investments across Europe. Previously, Jan-Ole worked in Morgan Stanley’s Investment Banking Group and in strategy consulting at McKinsey & Company.

Jan-Ole studied Business Administration at FOM Cologne as part of the management trainee program of Bayer AG and holds an MBA from INSEAD. As an ambitious triathlete / runner and father of two, Jan-Ole spends most of his free time on the roads and training grounds in and around Berlin, either by himself or with his highly energetic sons.
