Jan Oechsner

Jan joined Paragon in 2020. Before joining Paragon, he worked for British private equity firm Vitruvian Partners in Munich and London, where he successfully executed buyout and growth capital investments in Europe. Prior to that, Jan was a consultant at Bain & Company in Zurich.

Jan studied Banking & Finance at the University of St. Gallen (M.A.) and Frankfurt School of Finance & Management (B.Sc.) and has further completed exchange programs at Harvard University and ESCP Europe Paris. In his spare time, you will find Jan in the mountains – hiking in summer or on the slopes in winter.
